Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate JS Company (Sacomreal) on Sept.15 began
sales of 200 luxury units in phase 2 of its Jamona Apartment in District
7 after selling out the 800 units of phase 1 within two months.
Sacomreal launched on Sunday its Jamona Apartment social housing
project in HCM City''s District 7, which is eligible for support from the
Government''s VND30 trillion (US$1.42 billion) credit programme for
low-income and certain other categories of people.
Property developer Sacomreal is set to offer for sale 1,290 units at its
Jamona Apartment project in Phu Thuan Ward, District 7, at what is
possibly the lowest price in the area.
